1. Who I am
This website is operated by Jeanie Yatagai, trading as EHCP Support 4u. Jeanie Yatagai is responsible for deciding how and why your personal information is used.
My ICO registration details will be added to this policy once the registration process is complete.
2. Information I may receive
If you contact me, I may receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, your child's age, and details about your situation or support needs.
This website does not currently create an account, use advertising trackers, or store consultation form submissions on its own server. The consultation form opens an email draft in your email application. You choose whether to send that email.
3. How I use your information
I may use your information to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- arrange and provide a consultation or EHCP support;
- understand the support your family may need; and
- keep appropriate records of our communications.
I will not use your information for unrelated marketing purposes or sell it to another organisation.
4. Lawful basis
I generally rely on your consent when you choose to contact me and on the steps needed to respond to your request or provide the service you ask for. If I need to keep information to meet a legal obligation, I will rely on that obligation.
5. Email, links and third-party services
When you send an email, your message and any attachments are handled by your email provider and by the email account used to receive it. You should review your email provider's own privacy information.
This website includes a link to WhatsApp. If you choose to use it, WhatsApp will process your message under its own privacy policy. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve a request to Google when the page loads.
6. How long I keep information
I keep enquiry and client information only for as long as it is needed to respond to you, provide the agreed support, keep appropriate professional records, or meet legal and insurance requirements. I securely delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to receive a copy of information you provided. You can also withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.
To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, email me using the address below. I may need to verify your identity before responding.
